WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- Four Afghan prisoners at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility were released to their home country, the Pentagon announced Saturday.

The men - Shawali Khan, Khi Ali Gul, Abdul Ghani and Mohammed Zahir - had been held at the camp for more than a decade. They were transferred to Afghanistan late Friday.
