PYONGYANG, North Korea, June 26 (UPI) -- North Koreans gathered in Pyongyang Wednesday to hold a massive rally commemorating the 64th anniversary of the beginning of the Korean War.
KRT, North Korea's state-run television station, showed thousands of Koreans with banners and posters featuring the faces of leader Kim Jong-un and his father, Kim Jong-il, standing in Kim Il-sung square.

They chanted, "Down with the U.S. aggressor" and "Let us bring down our sworn enemy -- U.S. imperialists."
The Korean war led to the creation of the demilitarized zone, which is now the most fortified front in the world.
