15 killed in suicide bombing in northern Afghanistan

MAIMANAH, Afghanistan, March 18 (UPI) -- At least 15 people were killed by a suicide bomber at a market in northern Afghanistan Tuesday, officials said.

The attack happened in Maimanah city, the capital of Faryab province on the Turkmenistan border, Rawa News reported.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
