TOKYO , March 3 (UPI) -- The world's oldest woman, Misa Okawa, will turn 116 Wednesday.

She was born when Queen Victoria was still on the throne in England and the Spanish-American war was taking place.

Okawa eats three large meals a day and sleeps eight hours a night. She also has never had any major illness in her lifetime. Her happiest moments include marrying her husband in 1919 and giving birth to her three children.

Okawa says that her secret to longevity is: "Eat, sleep, and you will live a long time. You have to learn to relax."

Cheers to that.
