The Russian Foreign Ministry publicized the meeting via Twitter.

In the statement released by the Foreign Ministry that was linked to in the ministry's tweet, there was, however, no specific mention of Ukraine.
According to the ministry, “Lavrov praised relations between Russia and the European Union in terms of the results of the Russia-EU summit held in January and confirmed Russia’s readiness to develop long-term mutually advantageous cooperation with the EU."
The ministry added that in the meeting, Lavrov noted the “The lack of progress in the visa dialogue has a negative impact on prospects for expanding humanitarian and tourism relations between Russia and the EU countries."
