Police investigating killing of four Syrian family members in Egypt

ALEXANDRIA, Egypt, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Four Syrians who had been living in Egypt for many years were found stabbed to death in their Alexandria home, security officials said.

The victims included a 6-year-old boy, two women and a middle-age man, Ahram Online reported Tuesday.

Part of the home had been set on fire and was engulfed in flames when the bodies were discovered.

Police said an investigation was under way.
