Man killed in front of children while driving them to school in Spain

MARBELLA, Spain, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Police were investigating the shooting death of man who was killed while driving his children to school in Marbella, Spain, officials said.

Police said the three shots were fired at the French-born Algerian in front of his children, ages 10, 9 and 3, on Tuesday, ThinkSpain reported Wednesday.

Police said they believe he was a victim of a drive-by shooting, but did not release more information.

ThinkSpain said no arrests had been made so far, but police had searched one house near the shooting and were reviewing security video.
