The taxi drivers are worried about competition from motorbike taxis and minicabs, which only have to pay $136 for a license, compared with $313,000 for a taxi license.
The drivers want a minimum fare of 60 euros ($82) for the other vehicle options, called tourist vehicles with a driver, and a 30-minute delay when ordering a tourist vehicle with driver.
Strikes Monday and Tuesday disrupted traffic between the city's two airports.
The taxi drivers deliberately traveled slowly, tried to prevent other cars from taking passengers and caused bottlenecks, Radio France Internationale reported.
