The suspect, along with seven others, is accused of running an illegal factory in a Moscow suburb.
Illegal migrants staffed the warehouse, and the sweatshop owners had seized their documents to prevent them from leaving, RIA Novosti reported.
The co-owner, whose name is not being released, faces 10 years in prison if he is convicted.
Police raided the factory in July as part of anti-migrant raids, but some suspects avoided arrest, RIA Novosti reported.
