The Van Chief Public Prosecutor's office said a total of 25 people were detained after the raid Tuesday. Of them, 13 have been brought before a judge who ordered them arrested.
Five have been let go and the rest are awaiting a court appearance to determine whether they will face formal terrorism charges, prosecutors said.
Included in the list of those charged is former Guantanamo Bay Detention Center inmate and suspected al-Qaida leader Ibrahim Sen, Today's Zaman reported.
