The Health Ministry said the deaths occurred late Wednesday, Ahram Online reported.
Three police officers also were injured during the confrontation between Morsi supporters and security forces in the Galeem neighborhood of Alexandria, sources in the ambulance authority told Ahram Online Thursday.
Several areas in Alexandria were hit by clashes Wednesday after Morsi supporters tried to organize rallies calling on people to boycott the constitutional referendum Jan. 14-15.
Last week, the interim government designated the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, allowing security troops to use force to disperse Brotherhood protesters.
