KABUL, Afghanistan, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- At least six people died in two separate attacks during the weekend in Afghanistan, authorities said.

In the first incident, a car struck a roadside bomb in eastern Kunar province Sunday, leaving four civilians, including a child dead, CNN reported, quoting a provincial spokesman.

In the second, a missile attack killed two students and injured four more in southern Logan province, the U.S. news network said. Details of the incident were not immediately available.

No group had claimed responsibility for either incident.
