ISAF soldier killed in roadside bombing in Afghanistan

KABUL, Afghanistan, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- A coalition soldier was killed in a roadside bomb explosion in southern Afghanistan, NATO's International Security Assistance Force said in a statement.

The statement, issued Thursday, did not offer more information about the death that occurred Wednesday.

The statement said the ISAF's policy is to defer casualty identification to relevant national officials.
