BEIJING, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Fire erupted in a five-story residential complex in China's central Henan province Tuesday, killing at least seven people, authorities said.
The fire, in the province's capital of Zhengzhou, began in a nearby house and quickly spread to the residential building, Xinhua News Agency reported. One more person was injured in the blaze.
Other details were not immediately available.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
