Coach bus overturns in Spain after brakes fail, 14 injured

MURCIA, Spain, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Fourteen passengers on a coach bus in Spain were injured when the vehicle overturned after its breaks failed.

The bus departed from Murcia city Saturday, ThinkSpain reported, and the brakes failed shortly after departure.

The driver lost control of the vehicle and the bus crashed into the barrier at the side of the road before overturning.

Twenty-five occupants were on board. Fourteen people, including the driver, were rushed to the hospital.

None of the passengers sustained serious injuries, hospital officials said.
