12 killed in attack on Syrian high school

RAQQA, Syria, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- At least 12 people died Sunday when a government air raid struck a high school in the rebel-held town of Raqqa, a Syrian rights group said.

Most of the dead were students, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights told Voice of America. The death toll is likely to rise, they said, because many of the injured were in critical condition.
