ISLAMABAD, Sept. 28 (UPI) -- Three members of a Pakistani security force were killed and two other injured in a clash Saturday with militants in Balochistan province, officials said.
Khan Wasey, a spokesman for the Frontier Constabulary, said six militants were killed when they attacked during a routine patrol in the Panjgur district in the western region of the province, Dawn News reported.

A large quantity of weapons was found in the militants' possession, Wasey said.
Militants have attacked security forces and military installations in the Panjgur area for more than seven years.
