OTTAWA, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- The passenger train and bus involved in a deadly collision near Ottawa have been removed from the scene, officials said.
The Ottawa city bus and Via Rail train collided Wednesday as the bus was passing through a level crossing, killing six people, CBC News reported.
Victims of the incident were identified as David Woodard, 45, the bus driver; Connor Boyd, 21, and Kyle Nash, 21, both students at Carleton University; Michael Bleakney, 57; Rob More, 35; and Karen Krzyzewski, 53,
The bus was removed from the scene Thursday, and was likely taken to a storage facility for further investigation by the Transportation Safety Board, officials said.

The train was also removed from the scene Thursday, allowing service between Toronto and Ottawa to resume Friday morning. However, Via advised commuters to expect delays in the area because of damaged track.
Investigators said they still need to look at recorders on both vehicles to determine the cause of the crash.
"We're looking at everything; everything is on the table," TSB manager Robert Johnston said.
Ontario Transportation Minister Glen Murray Friday issued a statement offering condolences to everyone affected by the crash.
"In light of Wednesday's tragic events, I have asked staff to gather information on at-grade railway crossings. It's premature to speculate on possible changes at this point. ... We await the outcome of [the investigation's] findings. We need to let investigators do their work," Murray said. "The province will thoroughly examine any recommendations that come out of the TSB inquiry, and we will implement those recommendations as is necessary."
