JENIN, West Bank, Sept. 17 (UPI) -- The Israeli army will review the circumstances that led to the death of a Palestinian terror suspect in a raid on the Jenin refugee camp early Tuesday.

Palestinians said Islam al-Tubasi, 22, was shot in the leg by soldiers during the raid, the Ma'an news agency said. Tubasi was taken to a hospital in Israel where he died, the news agency said. A second injured Palestinian also was hospitalized, the army said.

The army said a riot erupted when soldiers entered the area to arrest terror suspects. Palestinians hurled rocks, Molotov cocktails and improvised grenades at soldiers who responded.

Some of the Palestinians opened fire on soldiers who responded by shooting, aiming at lower limbs, the army said.
