The three men, whose names were not reported, had sought refuge July 13, 1995, at the Dutch mission, which was under the control of the United Nations Protection Force. The force was taking part in peacekeeping operations in Bosnia following the collapse of Yugoslavia.
The men were sent away from the mission in Srebrenica and were then killed by the Bosnian Serb army, the court determined, CNN reported Friday.
