ST. PETERSBURG, Russia, Aug. 29 (UPI) -- The Russian artist whose painting of Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev in women's underwear was seized by police, said Thursday he's seeking asylum in France.
Konstantin Altunin said he fled to France and has already received the list of documents he needs to present to French immigration authorities, the Russian news agency RIA Novosti reported.
