Bus crash kills 5 in Russia

NIZHNY, Russia, July 20 (UPI) -- Five people were killed and nine more injured in Russia Saturday when a minibus collided with a truck, emergency workers said.

The crash took place on Volga highway outside Nizhny, 260 miles east of Moscow.

ITAR-Tass said the truck had pulled out to pass another vehicle and struck the bus, sending the bus careening into a ditch.
