Seven dead, four injured in Karachi, Pakistan. violence

KARACHI, Pakistan, June 4 (UPI) -- Seven people have died and four were injured as part of an ongoing wave of violence in Karachi, Pakistan, police said.

Police found the bodies of two people on Mirza Adam Khan Road and Mauripur Road near a bus stop late Monday, Geo News reported Tuesday. The nature of their deaths was not reported.

A third body was discovered in a house in Nazimabad-2, where, again, the cause of death was not reported.

Police said two men were gunned down, one near in Mosmiat Chowrangi, a second while in a taxi near Star Gate.

The the specifics of two other deaths were not reported.

Meanwhile, four people were injured in separate shooting incidents in Karachi, police said.
