One of the images, given to Sky News, shows a pool of blood in the bathroom where Reeva Steenkamp was fatally wounded, the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph reported Friday.
Other photos show police tape marking two bullet holes in the bathroom door and police boot prints in the blood.
It isn't known if the images are official police photographs.
Pistorius has said he mistook Steenkamp for a burglar when he fired four shots into the bathroom door of his Pretoria home on Feb. 14. After realizing he had shot his girlfriend, Pistorius said he broke the door down with a cricket bat and carried her downstairs.
Prosecutors accuse him of premeditated murder in Steenkamp's death.
A spokesman for the National Prosecuting Authority declined comment on the photographs.
Pistorius, a double amputee who ran on metal blades in the 2012 Olympics, is due in a court next week for a hearing. It is likely to be postponed, as officials have said the investigation won't be finalized until August.
