MOQOR, Afghanistan, May 19 (UPI) -- At least six Afghan police officers died and four others were injured Sunday in clashes with Taliban militants in Ghazni province, officials said.
Moqor District Gov. Sahib Khan Elham said an unknown number of Taliban militants attacked Afghan police at checkpoints in the district.

The Taliban suffered casualties as well, although an exact number of killed and injured was not reported, Khaama Press said.
