KABUL, Afghanistan, May 6 (UPI) -- U.S. officials confirmed a video that surfaced of a cargo plane crashing in Afghanistan was that of a civilian cargo flight operated by National Airlines.

The video, captured by a dashboard camera in a vehicle parked at Bagram Air Force Base April 29 from where the plane had taken off just before crashing, shows the plane climbing, then stalling, rolling from side to side and falling back to earth, making a fiery impact.

All seven people aboard were killed, CNN said.

National Air Cargo, the parent company of National Airlines, said the flight, a Boeing 747-400, had stopped at Bagram to refuel en route from Camp Bastion, a British outpost in Afghanistan, to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

National Airlines specializes in transporting military equipment.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
