MADRID, April 4 (UPI) -- A Madrid court has sentenced a neo-Nazi to 10 years in prison for stomping on a homeless man five times and severely injuring him, court officials said.
The defendant, identified only as Mykhaylo T., stomped the victim's head after not being allowed into a club in 2009, The Local.es reported.

The victim, Rafael Santamaria, suffered a severe traumatic brain injury as a result of the attack.
He received treatment for 541 days and is now seriously disabled, The Local.es reported.
Mykhaylo T. also will have to pay Santamaria $256,000 in damages, The Local.es reported.
Three of the attacker's friends were fined $127,000 for not stopping the attack and then leaving the victim badly injured on the street.
