Six die in 2nd explosion at Chinese mine

CHANGCHUN, China, April 2 (UPI) -- Six people were killed and 11 others are missing following a gas explosion at a coal mine in northeastern China's Jilin Province, a government spokesman said.

The explosion Monday at the state-owned Babao Coal Mine occurred just three days after an explosion killed 28 miners and injured 13 others at the same site, China's official Xinhua news agency reported.
