Musharraf was also ordered to pay $1,017.60 bail for each case against him in exchange for a 14-day protective bail, Dawn newspaper reported.
Ayla Raza, Musharraf's daughter, filed the request for bail with the high court on behalf of her father, saying he wanted to be able to represent himself in court.
Musharraf, a former general who served as Pakistani president from 2001-08, is charged in the death of Benazir Bhutto, as well as the killing of Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Akbar Bugti and one pertaining to the deposing of Supreme Court judges, in which a number of people were killed.
Musharraf left the country after stepping down from the presidency in 2008. He has said he plans to return to Pakistan Sunday to run in the May 11 general election.
