The graffiti was sprayed Tuesday night on four houses and a handful of stores, The Times of Israel reported.
The incident occurred in a Jewish-Arab neighborhood, police said, where tensions between Jews and Arabs have been simmering for years.
The Arab residents view the increased Jewish presence as an attempt to push them out of the city, Ynetnews.com said.
Police said they do not have any suspects but are looking for security footage from nearby buildings.
