One of the women agreed to meet the victims at their homes, and she would then show up with a female friend, her accomplice, Swedish news agency TT said.
The women then drugged the victims' coffee or other drinks, TT reported, to put them to asleep.
The women, 28 and 32 years old, would then ransack the victims' homes and steal computers, mobile phones and cash, TT said.
The pair also cleaned up after themselves to avoid leaving traces of DNA.
But the women were arrested after an investigation that included the analysis of chat-site logs and surveillance camera footage, police said.
Two men, ages 35 and 57, who are suspected of being the women's driver and navigator, have also been charged.
