Fire destroys three boats in Dubai

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, March 10 (UPI) -- A fire in Dubai destroyed at least three boats Sunday morning, officials said.

The fire broke out at 9:45 a.m. in a wooden dhow loaded with oil, police said. The fire then spread to two other boats docked nearby, Gulf News reported.

There were no reports of injuries or casualties, police said, and the fire was put out Sunday.

Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
