JIZAN, Saudi Arabia, Feb. 14 (UPI) --
Health authorities in Saudi Arabia said a 12-year-old girl received HIV-infected blood during a hospital transfusion.
An employee made an error at Jizan General Hospital, leading to the mistake and the girl is now receiving special treatment, health officials said.
