L'EPIPHANIE, Quebec, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Searchers Saturday recovered one of two bodies buried in a landslide at a quarry gravel pit in Quebec, authorities said.
The recovery of the man's body about 12:20 p.m. EST came on the fifth day of efforts to locate the missing workers' bodies. Quebec provincial police Sgt. Benoit Richard said efforts to find the other victim, a woman, would go on, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported.

QMI Agency identified the two workers as Daniel Brisebois and Marie-Claude Laporte.
The workers' trucks fell more than 100 yards to the bottom of the pit in L'Epiphanie on Tuesday morning. A third worker front-end loader operator Benoit Robert, survived.
Unstable terrain has hampered the efforts to find the victims.
