KABUL, Afghanistan, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- A civilian bus collided with a vehicle hauling NATO troops, injuring at least 10 civilians in the Afghan province of Samangan Monday, a local official said.

Provincial security chief Musadiqullah Muzaffari blamed the accident on the driver of the NATO vehicle, accusing him of reckless driving, Khaama Press reported.

Muzaffari said the vehicle carrying the International Security Assistance Force members sustained damage, but the troops were not injured.

Khaama Press said the ISAF hasn't commented on the accident.
