Indian lawyer finds gang rape evidence

NEW DELHI, Jan. 6 (UPI) -- A public prosecutor in India says forensic evidence links the scene of a crime with the suspects in the gang rape of a 23-year-old New Delhi student.

Public prosecutor Rajiv Mohan told a judge that five suspects attempted to destroy evidence by burning their clothes, but the burnt material still showed traces of the victim's blood.
