Neighbors complain of smell, San Francisco bacon restaurant shut down

CAIRO, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- A forensic doctor treating ousted Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak at a military hospital said an issue with Mubarak's ribs is potentially life-threatening.
Mubarak has been receiving treatment at the Maadi Military Hospital since he suffered a head injury and bruising when he slipped in a prison hospital bathroom last month, al-Masry al-Youm reported.
Vice President of the Forensic Doctors Department Magda Helal said since Mubarak's transfer to the military hospital, he has been treated for two cracked ribs and a third fractured rib.
Helal said the rib injuries are potentially life-threatening, adding that the rib fracture could damage his lungs.
