Car, bus collide, seven dead

NEW DELHI, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- A car collided with a state transport bus Friday in India's southern Kerala state, killing all seven in the car, four of them women, police said.

At least 12 people in the bus were injured in the collision in the state's Nilamel district, the Press Trust of India news agency reported. All of them were taken to a hospital, but the extent of their injuries or their condition was not known.

Details of the accident were not immediately available.
