Photographer accused of raping models

MADRID, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- A 41-year-old Spanish man was arrested for allegedly posing as a fashion photographer then raping would-be models, police said.

An investigation of Jose Ramon O.G. began last month began when to two of his alleged victims contacted the police, thinkSpain reported Saturday.

Ramon allegedly contacted victims online and arranged appointments with them in hotels in Madrid for photo shoots, police said. When he gained their trust, he would then allegedly invite to his home in Tarancon, but instead would take them to hostels and rape them, police said.

He has been arrested at his flat in Tarancon.
