ISTANBUL, Turkey, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- A man who claimed he was carrying explosives on his body during a flight was arrested Thursday at Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul, police said.

The man, whose name was not released, had flown from Antalya to Istanbul aboard an Onur Air plane and stated he was carrying explosives, Today's Zaman reported. The plane landed safely.
