Body of missing boy found in West Bank

AL-SHUHAHADA, West Bank, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- The body of a missing 10-year-old boy was found in northern West Bank Sunday and the boy's alleged killer has been arrested, police said.

Khaled Badee Barham's body was found near his home in al-Shuhahada, Maan, a Palestinian news agency, reported. Barham went missing four days ago.

Police said an 18-year-old suspect, whose name was not reported, has confessed to strangling Barham and burying his body in a plastic bag.

A local Fatah group is calling for the suspect to be given a maximum penalty for the alleged killing.
