Three NATO troops die in Afghan incidents

KABUL, Afghanistan, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Three NATO soldiers have died in bombings and attacks in southern Afghanistan.

Two soldiers with the International Security Assistance Force were killed Friday in an insurgent attack, Khaama Press reported.

In a separate incident also on Friday, an ISAF soldier died from an improvised explosive device.

In its statement, ISAF did not release the names of the deceased or the exact location of the incidents.

Since the beginning of the year, at least 329 NATO troops, including 252 from the United States and 33 from the United Kingdom, have died in incidents in Afghanistan.
