Man faces prison for deadly fight over pig

MOSCOW, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- A man in Russia's Chuvashia region could be sentenced to a possible 15 years in jail in the death of a farmer he hit in a fight over a piglet, police said.

RIA Novosti reported Tuesday the fight occurred in May when the piglet seller took back one of five young pigs he sold to the other farmer at a market.

Police said the buyer hit the seller several times in the head, knocking out the seller's tooth. The seller choked on the tooth and died.
