The Committee of Royal Physicians said the monarch "experienced intermittent twitching of his right hand and his heartbeat was slightly increased" and sustained "minute subdural bleeding in the left frontal area," the Bangkok Post reported.
Medication alleviated the symptoms and the king's right hand, heartbeat and pressure returned to normal, doctors said.
