Milwaukee bra ban overturned
MOSCOW, June 22 (UPI) -- A man with four weights tied around his neck jumped to his death from a building in Moscow, authorities said.
Investigators said he jumped from a window but did not say what floor of the building he was on.
The weights were tied to his neck with a rope, they said.
The man, whose name was not released, was 29.
