SANAA, Yemen, May 20 (UPI) -- "Terror Sheik" Abdel Mageed al-Zindani's son Mohamed used his Twitter page to call for Jihad against the Yemeni government on Sunday.

Sheik Zindani, a prominent cleric and tribal figure on America's most wanted terror list, is known for his radical interpretation of Islam and sympathy for al-Qaida.

His son's calls for Jihad, Aden Times reporters, includes instructions for his followers to rally to Ansar al-Sharia, an offshoot of al-Qaida in the southern province of Abyan, to fend off "American-led military intervention on Muslim land."

It is the second time since March that Mohamed al-Zindani issued calls for jihad, Mareb Press reported, singling out as a target U.S. Ambassador to Yemen Gerard Feierstein.
