ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, May 19 (UPI) -- Trucks that have been entering Afghanistan from Pakistan are not operated by NATO, Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik said Saturday.

Malik said the government will not allow NATO supply routes to reopen until drone attacks on targets in Pakistan stop, Dawn News reported. He met with reporters after a meeting with Syed Munawar Hassan, head of the fundamentalist Jamaat-e-Islami Party.

The governing coalition headed by the Pakistan People's Party agrees with Hassan on the drone attacks, Malik said.
