MOSCOW, May 16 (UPI) -- The voice recorder from the Russian Sukhoi Superjet 100 that crashed in Indonesia has been located at the crash site, the Emergencies Ministry said Wednesday.
A ministry spokesman told ITAR-Tass the cockpit voice recorder has been sent to Jakarta where it will be examined by Indonesian officials along with experts from the Russian Federation.

Olga Kayukova of the Russian United Aircraft Corp. said the black box was badly burned and did not contain the vital flight data recorder.
The Russian Sukhoi Superjet 100 crashed into a mountain near Jakarta during a demonstration flight May 9. All 45 people aboard were killed.
