Two alleged kidnappers, victim all charged

THUNDER BAY, Ontario, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- A man who escaped three abductors who dragged him from a bus depot in Thunder Bay, Ontario, faces charges along with two of the alleged kidnappers, police say.

The 40-year-old and 29-year-old suspects accused of pulling a 21-year-old man from the Greyhound bus terminal about 8 p.m. Monday were to appear in court to face kidnapping charges, while the victim was being charged with possession of a controlled substance, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported.

Police were still looking for the third kidnapping suspect.

The names of the victim and suspects, who knew each other, were not provided.

Police said the kidnapping victim was allegedly forced into a truck and driven off. But less than a half hour later, he escaped and pounded on people's doors asking they call police and saying his life was in danger. Police apprehended the two suspects soon after at a service station.
