EDMONTON, Alberta, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- The Royal Canadian Mounted Police released a photo of a man suspected of being present when two Mounties were shot and a suspect was killed in rural Alberta.

Investigators said they suspect 27-year-old Sawyer Robison was in a farmhouse Tuesday when two of four RCMP officers executing a weapons search warrant came under fire from another man near the village of Killam, west of Edmonton.

Sgt. Patrick Webb told reporters Robison was a "person of interest" in the investigation, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported.

"We know he was in the residence at the time of the shooting," Webb said. "We know he is involved somehow."

The two wounded RCMP officers were recovering in hospital in Edmonton, while a man identified as Robison's uncle, Bradley Clarke, died of gunshot wounds at the farmhouse.

Webb said Robison is likely armed with at least two rifles and was driving a black 2000 Chevrolet Silverado with an Alberta license plate.

"He does have an issue with … the RCMP looking for him now and basically authority figures," he said.

Robison is described as being white, 6-foot-2 and about 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
